Coinbase pricing seems ridiculous. I can make more sense out of others (I posted another idea using bitfinex, which has price action that makes more sense: tradingview.com/chart/LTCUSD/Hkr1pMUK-LTCUSD-projecting-the-exhaustion-of-the-current-impulse/)
