Nice spot on the IHS chart. I am still wary of the housing market. Pending sales came out worse than expected today down 21.8% and thats on tops of -20% last month as well.
But if there is a good place to go long on FOR it's here so I will follow this with interest. Here's hoping you get big profits!

I think FOR will lag growth behind some of the home builders as it seems the builders are managing the pandemic by drastically reducing their uptake of lots. Was noted in the earnings report and subsequent conference call. Think this has potential for a pairs trade with DHI
