If the wave count is correct price should start to go up big time. Since it is a monthly chart price will take a long time to reach the highs of wave 3.

I have a different view on the higher time frame wave count.
In your chart.., Wave 4 inside Wave 2 territory.., not a valid count.
I see the below count fitting in the rule book.

Your count looks more real, totally missed my w4 in the wrong place...
