Limited partnership with 10.8% yield. Has broken long term downtrend line. My target is around 57-60 based on 2 methods. Could use uptrend line as stop. Process by your own approach.

11.59 ev/ebitda is a bit high. The yield means nothing if it's paying out with debt. Look at their cash flow statement... Cash flow from ops is less than half capex! You should be covering capex with cash flow from ops and have more to spare.
