@LEONES, I agree with you there crude has been a bit of an animal these last few weeks - threatening to breakout on both sides yet going nowhere. If the $ is going higher can crude go higher too?

@Olu, there are a lot of discussions around crude at the moment: OPEC's output cut, the new US president, record crude volumes coming out of Russia etc It is also strange that every week after the US weekly storage report the price moves higher despite an increase of crude stocks. I didn't pay much attention to the us dollar correlation.
