I like the target company. I tend to favor technology and innovation plays (since it is the industry in which I work). I am a fan of Skillsoft and the stock took a hit due to time and indecision. Now that we are have some news and information about decisions, this one could take off in a couple of months. I am getting in while the price is low. Small position and I am swinging this stock.
