Isn't a horizontal "scythe" (fitting word to call it) a bit more likely to resolve to the downside, ie. it's horizontality hints that it might be a distribution pattern rather than a re-accummulation?

@adamicius, Never really thought of it that way. Just kinda trying to get my chart pattern some exposure and see if its valid. Thanks for your thoughts though i see where they apply
